    No luck with mine either. But at least now we can get to put in the date & city before it locks us out.....

    I went througha bunch of swings. People have some wacky moves ti the ball. Whatever gets the ball in the hole.

    I just opened mine. I knew yours would be right after mine so I added one to the id and it worked. Make sure you have adobe installed.

    Hey Andru. Computer Geek here.

    Is ADOBE something that should be installed automatically or do we have to do something special? I couldn't find it anywhere in our "Settings".

    Normally when adobe is needed IE will prompt you to download it. Are you also having trouble viewing the analysis?

    Sorry to jump in. Adobe has to be downloaded. There is a shareware and a purchase version. Get the Adobe Reader for free at this site. Follow the instructions, download, install, and if you already have a newer or existing reader, it will tell you.

    If you are talking about something like Adobe Photoshop, that you have to buy...
