Quebec city courses

I heard the courses around Quebec city sufered badly from winter kill. Am going there in a couple of weeks; any recent updates?

I just played one about 45 mins. west of Quebec off hwy 20, in Princeville (Bois Franc I think it`s called). Decent course in pretty good shape, for 25$ during the week. A steel.

Have not played there this year but « Le grand vallon » at Mont Saint-Anne is a very beautiful course to play. White sand traps and bent grass all-around.

Yes, all our courses on the north shore of the St Lawrence River suffered badly. Most of them are coming around to good playing conditions. Le Grand Vallon, where I am a member, is kind of slow coming around. I hear that at Manoir Richelieu, (fantastic location) the conditions are still pathetic.
Like a previous poster said, Bois Francs is a steal (1 hour drive from Quebec City). All courses on the south shore are in great shape. Enjoy your stay here. Email me for info on specific courses
