New to ottawa, maritimer
Hello all, just moved here at the end of last summer got a chance to try out a couple courses before the season ended, pretty nice golfing here! I just graduated university and I am looking to get a membership this year, thinking about pineview as its close to work..any ideas?

Thanks,
I have actually been reconsidering membership now that I have come across the reservation masters program...seems almost to good to be true haha
So is there a limit to how many times you can play an individual course, or anything like that?

Welcome to Ottawa. There can never be too many Maritimers! It's no PEI, but yes, the golf in Ottawa is quite good.

Welcome to Ottawa. Golf is great here although we cannot hear the pounding surf or smell the salt air like in my native NS.
You could look into Corporate Golf as an option as well.

Welcome Aboard the Board!!
As a native PE Islander I can tell you that the golf is good, but the lack of wind makes it too easy

Corporate golf, or executive gofl, or Reservation masters is your best bet for price and variety

Excellent, I think I will forgo the membership this year in favor of the multiplay things.
haha nice to hear from other maritimers...seems ever since I moved to ottawa I see more maritmers here than I did when I was home haha.
Although the views (oceans, large elevation changes etc) may not be available here in ottawa, it seems that the golf season starts significantly earlier here...which seems like a pretty good trade to me...
