Matched my all time birdies total today with 3 at Stonebridge.
#7 - finally tamed the slick green.. stuck an 8 iron close and trickled down the putt.
#10 - wolfed down the hotdog at the turn and nuked a hybrid approach from 200 yrd stake to a green side rough. Flopped a 60* and frozed it within 2 feet.
#16 - risk/reward dogleg left. This time got the reward and stuck a PW to a few inches for a tap in.
Cheers..

Nice job guys. Keep 'em coming. I had my first eagle ever today, at Loch March of all places. And I had a birdie at Manderley on back nine. Eagles count as 2 birds. You only get out of something what you put into it

I had two chances for eagle at Greensmere Legacy today (whites ) and had to settle for 2 tap in birdies.
These birdies are becoming expensive. lolYou only get out of something what you put into it

While I'm not proud of it, I got a birdie today at the #9 par 3 at Falcon Ridge. Skulled my tee-shot and it rolled to about 3 feet from the hole.

They don't ask how, they ask how many
I've been meaning to respond to this thread for a while now, to add my pledge. Considering the relative scarcity of me getting birdies, I'll pledge $10 per bird and $20 per eagle to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in memory of a close high school friend who lost a long, tough battle with CF a couple of years ago.
I'm up to 3 birds this year. One in each of my first two rounds this spring, and then a long drought until I rolled in a sweet 40 footer on Greensmere Legacy #11 this afternoon. The putter was hot on the back 9 as I sunk a couple of 10-12 footers, too. Cross my fingers and hope it stays this way...Wannabe Golf

Got 2 birds at Manderley today, #2 and #9 south. Although it was one of the most frustrating rounds of golf I have ever played. My irons (150 yards and in) were deadly, i hit 11 greens in regulation and it felt like every hole i was pin high staring at a 10 footer for birdie, but i 3-putted SIX TIMES! I almost threw my scotty in the woods, because i have to shift the blame onto something/someone besides myself. You only get out of something what you put into it

Finally have more time to play and it payed off yesterday with a lip-out eagle and resulting tap-in bird at Greensmere Premiere #6 yesterday. Misssed three other bird putts of less than 15 feet.

Fallys on fire! Keep it up.
I played with DennisO at Manderley today. He played solid and birdied the last hole with a tricky downhill putt. I had 3 birds that i followed up with bogeys or worse. You only get out of something what you put into it

Thanks for the game, nokids. That was my best game to date, and with that my cap is down to 14.9 *pump fist*. Definitely some nice birdies on your part!

Had lots of opportunities this past weekend but ended up with 9 or 10 pars. Had my putter re-gripped and shortened during the week.. just need a couple of range sessions and drop some of those money balls.

I guess I have to play in order to make Birdies eh? I've only played 1 round since the long weekend in May

A few sniffs at birdie this weekend, and I missed the putts on all of them - didn't have any under 10 feet so I don't feel too bad. Most of them were good putts that resulted in a tap-in par (and a couple of clutch 5 foot come-backers. eek!)
Sunday was almost a total write-off though. Birdie's a hard score to achieve when you can't even get off the tee
Here's hoping for a breakthrough Men's Night tomorrow.Wannabe Golf
