I guess it depends on who and how does the measuring, but went back over the thread from where I bought the Fubuki and it's been tipped 1/2" and apparently plays to 44.5".

Or you can have the NVS shafted in a Hibore XLS 5wd (19*) head for $50. In great shape other than a bit of paint rub on the underside of the heel. Comes with original h/c.
