    Cross country bus tips

I'm considering a last minute trip to Vancouver for the final weekend of the games, and due to budgetary concerns, will have to bus back (if the trip happens at all). Does anyone have any advice for the 3 day ride? Anyone done it before?

Never done it. Why not the train Jon? Be much much more enjoyable, worth the extra expense.

I was thinking the exact same thing, I remember taking the voyageur between Montreal and Ottawa when I was a student (1990-96) & I recall some passengers being sick on the floor... I think maybe that you could smoke on the bus then as well? maybe only in the washroom? damn jonf, fly, you could go standby for a day and still get home a day early.

    bus

I have taken a bus from Thunder Bay to Toronto and it was 24 hours. After that ride I refuse to ride a bus longer than 30 minutes. 3 days will kill you.
    Take a standby flight.
