    looking for a ring designer

    looking for a ring designer who works with autoCAD. He must not only design but make the ring as well.

    Try goldart on parkdale or holland
    I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

    sorry, wrong one...I meant Goldform. Must be all the gold we are winning at the olympics clouding my brain. They did my wife's wedding ring. Can't remember the owners name but he's a really good guy and is great to work with.

    Owners name is Shane Alexander, good work, 2 rings so far, hopefully no more!

    If your talking engagement rings, I purchased my diamond online http://www.adiamor.com/ and saved a ton, Shane mounted the stone for me afterwards.

    Sparks and Bank. Their factory is onsite. I have a had a number of rings done by them - including wax mockups, etc. Excellent place to buy stones as well.

    BTW - never pay the first price they give you.

    There is also a goldsmith on Churchill ave. between Scott st. and Richmond rd.
    Not sure of the name, I hear that he is very good as well.

    I have been very happy with Dixon jewelry on Sparks Street. Have had over 6 rings designed/fixed here and they have always been spectacular. They do everything for you, including the wax molding as a starting point.

    Good call, they do great work. Shane's son (can't remember his name) works there also, and is good to deal with.

    He does all the stuff for Birks.
