Srixon Golf Balls in the mail
I received 2 sleeves of the new trispeed golf balls from Srixon the other day in the mail. Anyone else receive them?

By canada post ?
Yes that is a good site, last year I was lucky enough to win a dozen Z-stars in a contest. Unfortunately the season ended before I was able to give then a good playing test. But Spring is just around the corner....Without risk there is no opportunity for glory

Interesting, I hadn't heard about the Tour version of these balls coming out. I used the trispeeds last year and they worked very well for my type of game. Great bang for the buck to at $24 / dozen.
I was just checking out the pricing on the Tour version on some US sites, and it worries me, because the 2010 pricing on the Trispeed is $5 more now (same price as the Tour). I hope its a typo and they haven't gone up in price.

According to the GT website - Trispeeds are $20 per dozen...but this might be the old version.

Ryo Ishikawa, just recently signed a multi-year contract to play Srixon® golf balls. Miguel Angel Jiménez won the 2010 Omega Dubai Desert Classic just a week or so ago with the SRIXON® Z-STAR X™ golf ball.

I'm surprise...thought he would be a Pro V1 user since he has everything else Titleist.
I used the Srixon Soft Feel ball most of last year...soft and very durable. Srixon was very popular when i visited Australia a few years ago...nice to see them making way in North America.

For those that haven't gotten the promo balls yet, did you log into the Srixon/Cleveland Team Red site and confirm your mailing address?? Not sure if they made some sort of database switch, but they requested everyone to confirm their address by a certain date if they wanted to receive the promo packs.

Played the Z Star X today for the first time after seeing this post. (I've been in Florida since Jan 15). I normaly play PROv1; my buddy is a PGA pro and he was playing is Callaway tour ix ball. I was surprised with the length i got with the ball. About 10-15 yards more of the tee...... I didn't tell my buddy what i was playing. There was 3-4 holes where i outdrove him by a bunch....... Like 20-30 yards...........
Golfing only thing on my mind.......

Just picked up two boxes of the Z-Star x at GT. They have a 2-4-1 deal there right now.

Same here Z-Star for like $26.50 a dozen taxes in!! What a deal!!! One of the staff said that someone purchased 20 dozen - walked out with 40 dozen), what gives with that. Need to find which course they play.
The new Trispeed and Trispeed Tours are priced at $30/doz at GT that is a premium over last years pricing of $25 . Hope they are worth the price increase.Without risk there is no opportunity for glory
