With all the members on this board we should be able to raise alot more than 200$!! Come on people it's twenty bucks, think about what they are going through in Haiti and open up your wallet.

I've given elsewhere also but to see Reza as a skin head is worth $20 and see it going to help Haiti..priceless.
Some people are like Slinkies... they're really good for nothing, ... but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs...

A little story about Haiti: The Petionville Club has haiti's only golf course. My family were club members. The first hole is an elevated tee off (par 3 i believe). The hole is down the midle and to your right there is a community living there. A 15 yard fade to the right, and your ball will end up on someone's house or head. And yes, I did hit a few slices. Needless to say the ball will not be recovered. Sometimes there will even be a gallery of people watching you play, young poor kids 5-10 yrs old. they look at the golfers in amazement, trying to understand what kind of sport we are playing.
Recently, I've seen pictures from haiti that the entire golf course has become a refugee camp. Helicopters from UN/US are landing there to feed people. It's become a safe zone, and i'm glad that it's being used for such a good cause. I dont know if the club gave them permission, i doubt it, i'm thinking there was an invasion of people seeking a safe place to camp and the Petionville Club was powerless to stop them. Whatever happened, it's serving a better cause as a refugee camp than a deserted golf course during this crisis. You only get out of something what you put into it

Shaving cream is a waste of money. Never touch the stuff. A nice hot shower and a sharp blade is all a man needs.
Life dinnae come wit gimmies so yuv got nae chance o' gitt'n any from me.

face... maybe. going from hair to bald without cream is asking for razor burn. first you have to buzz it all off with a pair of clippers, then get a razor and shave it off. if rez wants to wait until jan 28th, i'll shave his head and video tape it and take pics for the board

Thanks for this everyone. As mentioned in the PM, I plan on making a donation through here:
http://www.redcross.ca/article.asp?id=33898&tid=001
As soon as I have the monies, I will donate on behalf of ottawagolf.com and get an e-receipt which I will post on the forum. I hope to have this done by this Friday. That will allow me to get the buzz cut on Saturday and post a picture of my ugly mug on the forum.
Bob (Indio) you need not contribute anything as I owe you $20. I will put yours in myself. And Chris(The Saint) you don't need to send anything. As you are doing some club work for me, I can just deduct $20 from the fees I owe you and give you the rest when I see you.
Please post in the thread when you have had a chance to donate and that way things can stay transparent for all to see, and to be sure that no one is ripping them off.
In addition to the money you are contributing, I am throwing in $50 myself and the wife is giving me $20.
Cheers,

P.S. If by a stroke of luck, we get additional donations and reach a total of $500 or more, I will make sure that my head is a smooth as a baby's bum. Absolutely no hair....

Money sent Reza, thanks for doing this.
The federal government is matching donations to the Red Cross and other agencies involved in the relief effort dollar for dollar, so any amount people give through Reza will count double.
