Need help, raising money for Haiti - Will shave my head for it!!!!
I love having hair. On my head! I do.
Having said that; today though, it really hit me just how bad Haiti has been hit with this quake. And espcially what has happened since.
So I thought maybe I could help raise some money. Anything helps, right?
Having not had my head shaved since I was about 6 years old (last time my mother tried to cut my hair herself), I thought maybe I could make a pledge.
If I can raise over $200 for the disaster relief fund in Haiti, I would shave my head and post a picture of the final result. As well, to put money where my big mouth it, I will donate $50 myself.
So, can I count on fellow OG members help for it?
If you are interested, please post your interest and how much you would like to donate, and I will send you a PM on how to get it to me. The donation will be made in the name of members of ottawagolf.com forum.
Here is a picture of me with my beloved hair.

Thanks for getting the ball rolling Jeff. Cheers my friend.
And I forgot to mention that I will post a picture of the shaven noggin.
And I will scan and post a picture of the receipt, so people can be sure their money is going where it is. This way all feel safe knowing that this is not a scam.Proud member of the 2009 Ryder Cup winning team

Yes, I do have a paypal address. Can I transfer funds from that to the relief fund? I only know how to pay for junk I buy from EBAY with Paypal.
This is great. So far we are up to $110 pledged + $50 for me.
And, no the eyebrows don't come off for less than $5000....Proud member of the 2009 Ryder Cup winning team

PM those who pledge with your PP email addy. They can then put funds in your PP account. If the relief fund takes paypal (they probably do) you can send them the funds directly from your PP account. You could transfer the funds to your bank from PP and donate any other way if needed.

I donated $100 to the Canadian Red Cross yesterday. It was earmarked for relief in Haiti. As I previously posted on Toronto Golf Nuts, it's the best round of golf I never played.
Don't worry about the golf balls. Give them to someone who lives in the Ottawa area.
Best of luck with this fund raising effort.Proud member of the 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Ottawa Golf Ryder Cup teams.
