Removing Paintfill
A few years ago I decided to change the paintfill on my Titleist 990s. After careful research, and much discussion with others who have had success with changing paintfill, I bought some acetone, put it in a bucket, dropped in the irons and watched the paint fall off and then got to work.
So I've decided to change the paintfill on my clubs again. Bought the acetone, but it in a bucket, dropped the clubs in and.......nothing. I had to rub for about 2 minutes to even get a bit of paint of of my wedge. Any suggestions as to what removes paint real quick and easily. I plan on saving my scrubbing powers to hopefully satinize my irons and wedges."A life lived in fear of the new and the untried is not a life lived to its fullest." M.Pare 10/09/08
