Nike Method Putter

Has anyone tried this putter yet? Or are they not out? Im really interested in trying one of these.

There was a limited release but they aren't in retail yet.

They were in GT.

I tried the anser styled model.

Nice putter, well made, a beauty to look at.

Unfortunately it was not for me. My son who is a Nike Junkie (5 index) imediatley tried it and put it down. He will stick with his YES putter.

i got a chance to roll the anser-style Method for about 20min the other day. I found it puts a really nice roll on the ball, and had a 'clicky' sound contact, which I kinda liked. Unfortunately that's where the positives ended for me. I found the lines of the putter to be very 'sharp' and it almost looked cheap to me at address. Perhaps I am just so used to the Newport II lines which I find to be softer and smoother, but this putter wasn't for me, at least from address.

I was quite interested to give the putter a try when they came out, considering the support on tour for them (putters don't tend to be something the top pros will sacrifice on just for the extra coin) but I will still with the putters I have for now.

Yes, I was surprised how much support it did get from the pros, I guess I'll just have to go and try one out myself.

Tried it yesterday, don't like only having a dot instead of a line on the anser style, won't be changing from my Rife Aussie.

Was in GT last night checking out the new Nike stuff and I must say it's all hideous!!

Now even AK has switched to the Method. Tested the 001 last week, still prefer the look and feel of my Ping Redwood Zing Black. Nike has even made one for Tiger with a Ping Blackout putter grip + TW engraved logo on the hosel for when he comes back.
