4 Day Vacation Down South
Okay, I managed to convince the wife to leave the little ones with their grandparents for FOUR DAYS!!! I've been looking around buy my god it's hard to find four day vacations. Anyone have experience directly from Ottawa??? Don't want to do Cancun, don't want to do Dominican. Want something AWE... wait for it... SOME! St Kitts, or one of those smaller islands.
Anyone? Bueller.... Bueller...

Donny---have been there---you want relaxing---great 12 mile beach---snorkling----unbelievable. Apparently West Jet non stop from Ottawa
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

Just as a note, I'm not sure when you're looking at going, but from what I remember, WestJet only flies to Turks & Caicos from Nov to May for some reason.
Ambition is a poor excuse for not having enough sense to be lazy.

As far as I know Donny--last I heard. There may be a stop to pick up in Toronto. It's been years since I have been but friends were there this past fall. They and we stayed on Provo---that's the northern Island.
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

My sister lives down there and I think there is going to be a new carrier that will be flying direct out of ottawa soon, and SO much more reasonable than previous Ottawa flights! Which is great for me because I go so often the costs were getting ridiculous. If you do go, go to the O'soleil shes the Executive Chef there, and has AMAZING foods mmmm.

Why not do 4 days in Vegas? Vehas has great deals right now. Or Bahamas?

If you're looking for hot, not warm, you'll have to go further south than Bahamas or Barbados.

12-24-2009 10:41 AM #12G is right that it won't be super hot, but we went around this time to nassau and once to paradise island...and most days were low 80's...and i think bahamas invented four day trips..that is often what they are pushing as their main offerings...cheap too. Barbados is pretty far south. It is hot their year round.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.
