TMZ is pretty bad but, they are almost always right.
I know its silly to speculate, but I will do it anyway.
a) why did she smash a back window to pull a 200lb man out of a car.
b) did she have a golf club with her or did she run back home to get it and then come all the way back to smash the window. That makes no sense.
c) if she got it from the car, why not just open the door and pull him out.
to me, it makes no sense..... so I think the TMZ story is probably very accurate.

I don't care either way what happened, and generally dislike speculation, but I have even more disdain for speculation that doesn't make a genuine effort to come up with alternate explanations. So, I will provide some very common sense answers to your questions.
a - she broke the back driver's side window to avoid any further injury to Woods, then reached in to unlock the front door, opened it, and helped him out of the car
b - she's not 95 years old. the crash happened in their driveway. running into the house to get a golf club and coming back out would be simple, logical, and quick. Was she supposed to climb a tree, snap a branch off, jump down, and go at the window with that?
c - car doors were locked...which is why a golf club was needed...so she got club from the house...it's not that tough to imagine
Again, I don't know what happened, and I don't really care. But if you're going to speculate, use a bit of logic....don't try to narrow a situation down to only one logical explanation, when there are clearly many ways it could be explained.

Was it the rear seat window or the rear window of the truck?

Of course the whole thing is suspicious. Even without speculation the facts we know are still somewhat strange.
Young man crashes vehicle into a firehydrant and tree at the end of his own driveway at 2.30 in the morning and requires a 911 call and hospital treatment.
That's not really very common without throwing in the whole missus smashing a window with a golf club thing.
This isn't everyday behaviour or even a regular fender bender into a fire hydrant. There is clearly more to this than that.
I'm not sure the whole truth will ever be known to anyone who wasn't there. The sad fact of life is that if you live in the public eye and accept the trappings of fame and fortune your life (including your private life) will be subjected to extreme scutiny...rightly or wrongly.

Not far off from what CNN was alluding too last night.
CNN pointed out that there was no blood on the dashboard or the steering wheel of the car. So how did Tiger get facial lacerations?
Again, his injuries do not match up with the speed of the car.
This is looking more and more like a PR nightmare.

Donny, why would Tiger's rep take a beating if the tmz article is true? according to that article he tells his wife he's seeing someone else and she violently assaults him. imo, his rep should improve since a) he was man enough to tell her to her face about the affair, and b) he didn't hit her back.
major koodos to Tiger

i wouldn't use the word "horrible" to describe Tiger IF he wanted to see another woman. if he strayed because of tempation then i'd chalk it up to him having a weakness/flaw for women. if he strayed because his wife didn't do it for him anymore, then he probably should have divorced her first.
lots of speculation here.

my mother will never have another relationship because of my father's actions. but i dont think my father is a horrible person. i think he's flawed. i blame my mom more than my dad for her state of being because she knew he was a cheater before she married him. but she forgave him. so he continued to do it when they were married. she put up with it for 18 years. she says she didn't divorce all those years because she wanted us kids to grow up with two parents. i applaud her for doing that. once we were old enough to be on our own, she divorced him. imo, she should have never married the guy. he has a sickness when it comes to women.

That's not a "weakness." It's selfishness. It's a choice.
If Tiger was cheating, he's just as much of a loser as any of the other ones.

Young celebrity multi-millionaire athlete travelling the world with beautiful women at every turn. He should get an award if he didn't stray under those circumstances. If he strayed, then ya we can say he's human after all.

Everyone makes choices.
So now your Mom is alone and your Father will continue to fool around. And you blame your Mom. So if you cheat on your wife, it will be because you are human?!? And that will excuse it.
I know a lot of people who left after the first instance, started a new life with someone who really loves them and raised their kids to be happy, healthy individuals without the role model of a cheating father who treats their mother poorly for years, finally leaving him once the kids are grown. Staying for the kids is seldom a good thing to do (talk to any therapist)
It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

to make a long complicated answer short; if someone else cheats on their partner i would excuse it as they were just human, and made a mistake. i myself know better because i've had first hand experiece with the damage adultery caused my family, so i would not excuse it if i committed the act. i basically am giving other people the benefit of the doubt because maybe they dont know the harm it causes. i dont give myself that benefit. if i ever cheated on the person i'm with, i would definitely have failed myself as a human being forever. that's how serious i take it.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the Golf Channel editorial meetings right about now. There has to be a lot of discussion about reporting the news vs. not ticking off their meal ticket.

Media Spin
I just love the media spin on this. This morning's Ottawa Citizen reports that Tiger "has to" talk now... uh, no he does not, unless required by law. He does not owe the public OR the media anything. The media persist in promoting the idea that in a free society people MUST answer to them... WRONG!, WRONG! WRONG! They just want comment so they can bend and twist to sell more papers. Scum bags!

I haven't read the report in the Ottawa Citizen today, but I agree. He "has to" talk now! Actually, he should have talked yesterday... or immediately after the accident. Not because there's a law or because he owes anybody anything... because he's giving others the opportunity to speculate!
If he had come out right away and said what happened he could have avoided a lot of media spotlight and speculation.
