Their web page says Winter 2010 now and I'm guessing they'll need a few more investors first...like enough to pony up nearly $3 million....best of luck!

Funny---I had exactly the same reaction when I read the website and their announcement---can't find out anything about rates etc. I think this group is still fishing plus if they don't own any property yet---it won't be Spring 2010 opening.
    Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

That business journal article was released in August so there may have been some developments since. I think it would be a cool thing to have for the winter. There really isn't anything in the west end for winter practice and golf.

Haime has a heated range this winter in Kanata, there's the dome at Greenbank and Hunt Club, T-to-Green near Carling and Maitland, and Golf-o-max at Merivale and Baseline.

I personally know the man quoted in the Ottawa Business Journal, as well as 2 other golf buddies who've invested. I'm fairly certain its going to go forward & be a success.

It's probably the Kanatian in me, when I said west end I met in Kanata...LOL. There is Haimes, I just don't find that the old sensplex range offered to much, but then what should I be expecting for an indoor golf range.

It will be interesting to see how Haimes works.
