Par Masters coming to Ottawa

Looks like ParMasters is planning a facility in Ottawa in the near future.

What I find interesting is that this is from the same team that brough Puck Masters together. If you're a fan of Dragon's Den, the founder of Puck Masters came on the show looking for money about two years ago. They turned him down. Looks like he's doing okay and is expanding into other sports. Definitely surprising to see the whole enterprise expanding so quickly. Hopefully it has longevity, as the concept looks very interesting.

Sounds great. The Kanata location surprises me a bit though. There are already some very top end facilities in that area, as well as at least one indoor range. Hopefully the market can sustain them all.

KH's indoor facility at the Sensplex is apparently gone, leaving the SuperDome at Hunt and Greenbank as a major attraction from Monday to Friday. What other indoor practice areas might to Parmasters supplant, in the west end?

I didn't realize the Sensplex facility was gone. So I guess then it makes sense, as the demographic of Kanata and surrounding areas would most likely support it (in the winter).

They still need to attract 100 investors with $30K per investor. That sounds like overkill for that kind of facility.

I am sure pretty sure this was the same as published a year or two ago. I recall looking at it but I'm not sure when it was.

I got an invitation to a Parmasters Ottawa information night on Oct 21st from a buddy of mine. Seems really interesting
