Refurbishing my Scotty
Would anybody know where I could get my Scotty Cameron putter refurbish in the Ottawa area? Somebody that will do a great job!!!
Golfworks Canada doesn’t refurbish Scotty Cameron putters but Golfworks U.S.A. does.
Thanks
Ross

What do you need done? If it is just a re-gun blue, I can help you out.

I want to do a paintfill and re-grip my Scotty. Is the best thing to give it to Golftown and have them send it to Scotty? Winter time is the best time to do this i suppose.
Thanks.

that'll be mega bucks just for a re-grip and paintfill....not worth the trip to the spa imho.
I would do the paintfill and regrip myself and save about $100 US minimum!
You can find any Cameron grip you'd like easily enough through the forums or ebay and testors model paint is the best for re-doing paintfil...great colour choice, cheap and easy to use and clean up or wipe off if you dont like it. Gotta be worth a try DIY.

i hear you. this is what it will cost me to send it to the Spa: new head cover ($72), premium grip ($37), this qualifies me for a free paintfill (translucent green), and i'll add a lucky clover to the center cavity ($30). Grand total = $139 plus tax.
if i DIMyself, maybe i could buy a head cover on ebay for half that price, do the paintfill and grip as you described, but the stamp might be hard to do. i haven't researched how hard a DIY it would be.

Oh ok...if you're looking for a stamp, then the CS is the only way to go imo.
Remeber though, thats $139 plus tax, plus shipping both ways and the CS only uses FedEx for the return trip and they set the price. It can be a pricey affair but if you really want that stamp then the CS is probably the only way. You'll be happy with the results though.

If you're looking for a stamping, ask around locally. I had a guy in TO do a date stamping on my SC and it came out just fine. You still might be able to save yourself some coin.
