    Broken shaft

My father broke the shaft on his Calloway Warbird 4 wood today. As this club is a few years old, would there be any guarantee on the shaft? Thanks.

Callaway is known for their good customer service so he might get lucky with a replacement.
Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

A buddy of mine broke 3 or 4 shafts from his X-16's over the years and each time Callaway replaced them at no cost.

Callaway is indeed very good with customer service, they realize, replacing a $3. shaft free of charge is a very, very small price to pay for customer loyalty...

I think my buddy brought his clubs to Golftown and they sent it to Callaway. Good service on both ends.

Golf Town & Callaway are good to deal with

Yeah, I've had similar experiences with both Golf Town and Callaway. I bought X-14 irons some years ago. After a few years, the back plate fell out of one of the irons. I took it to GT and they sent it Callaway for repair. All was handled for free. Nice to know that there is service available.
