i tried searching for this topic but the search function on here is not working for me. it gives me "no results" if i am searching for titles only.

my question is about the online booking. I'm looking at the Meadows for tomorrow morning. It says green dots are available spots. So if i see 1 green dot at 7:34am, am i to assume that it's a group of 3 people and i would be the 4th player?

2 green dots would mean i'd be the 3rd player joining a group of 2 people?

etc. . . . ?

cool. i find this online booking awesome! the pro shop is usually closed when late at night i decide to go golfing the next morning.

It is great but be sure to check your booking to see if it has been accepted. Maybe even print the screen to take to the course.

Me too, I think its a great system, just a word to the wise. I have been at a course a few times when a group shows up and swears they booked on line and were turned away because the course say they never got it or it was never accepted.

As long as it is posted as accepted you will have no problem. If the course has a down connection a booking can remain pending until they reconnect. If in the meantime they booked the time you wanted through the proshop it will then be declined. Next season you will be offered the nearest available tee time to the one you selected before it declines your booking.

We book thousands of tee times annually without issue. This is a rare problem, yet we realize that it is a big one for those who get bit by it. You must check "My Bookings" to confirm the status of your reservation. You can be sure that if it is tagged "Accepted" your booking is confirmed.

I've never had any issues with this system. I wish more local courses utilized this system.
