Best shoes you have ever had?

I have tried a variety of shoes in the past few years, and have had various amounts of success.
Recently I purchased a pair of Adidas Tour 360 3.0 and my god, they blow away every other pair of shoes I have ever owned.

They are comfortable, good looking and provide great support, espcially laterally.

I am pretty sure I am now hooked on these.

What has your experience been like?

ecco all the way. in terms of comfort, support, style and waterproofness. I just don't like the looks of the adidas shoes....not sure what it is.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

I agree with the adidas, I am on my 2nd pair.

For my foot shape Ecco were just overpriced and uncomfortable.

ya ya, I know - not a big fan of most things adidas in terms of clothing. They do look outstanding on your feet though.

btw, I have an R9 Driver and 3 wood on the way....what can I say, I am weak.

I buy them on ebay for a fraction of the price of GT.

I used to be an Adidas shoe guy but then they changed the shape so that they didn't fit my foot well.

I am now and Ecco guy. I bought my last pair on Ebay as well for about half what they were going for at Golftown.
Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

+1 on the Tour360 3.0's. Just have to remember to clear out the channel behind the spikes every once in a while... No break-in discomfort either.

My feet seem to fit Foot Joys the best. Comfortable right out of the box and the Dry Joy Pods I've been wearing are nice and stable. Awful tempted to pick up some Tour 360 LTDs from Rock Bottom Golf, but the last time I had a pair of Adidas golf shoes, they almost crippled me.

I have been wearing my Footjoy Reelfits for two seasons and love them. I also have a pair of Adidas Tour LTD 360s and they are a great shoe as well..

I bought a pair of Bite Devilles earlier this year because Nevada Bob's had a ridiculous sale on them. Played 1 round with them and ran right back to buy a second pair. Don't know if they're best shoes I've ever had, but for the money I paid, I be hard pressed to find something better.

Ecco! I'm a 14 wide, and they just fit perfectly. I own two pairs, the World Class and HydroMax orange and blue.

Currently sport the Puma by J. Lindeberg tours and they are sweet. Nice and conforming, water proof. Very stable laterally and the spikes that came with these shoes make the shoe stay glued to the ground...

Two weeks in with the Eccos (pictured in my avatar), and they are, by far, the most comfortable golf shoes I have ever worn. No break in period whatsoever.

Footjoys are always top quality. I love the LT series they did, very comfortable, great in the wet and great support around the whole foot.

Having said that, I also have an old pair of Adidas tech-feather lites and they are great. Shame the other Adidas shoes I've tried dont feel as good.

Footjoys- Dryjoys are the best I've had. I returned three pairs of leaky Nike's under warranty until I gave up. Grass dew should not wet your feet!

I really like my Adidas Tour 360 II shoes... wish I had bought a second pair of them before they went away.

I'll almost certainly be going for the 3.0's next.

I have had two pair of bites, and both (different models) both fell apart 20 games in. the sole on the inside arc fell right off the shoe. they were comfortable but 20 games two times.. never again!

Last Saturday I was soaked from head to....ankle.

My feet were surprisingly still dry, although I didn't realize it till put them on Sunday morning. My wife shoes were still soaked and she had to wear running shoes.

Well, after listening to Atomic & Rez wax on & on about the tour 360 3.0 goodness, I just picked up a pair.
I realize I'm stuck on addidas, their size 13 is only slightly larger than my reelfit size 12, which never really seemed to stretch out like I was told they would.
Now, I must get a white belt.
