    It was just a gong show of a buyout. Supposed to be the biggest buyout in the history of the corporate world. BCE changed their board, putting members of the teacher's pension. If I remember correctly the buyout price was 37/share. Needless to say, it was a dud.

    Not for me, allowed me to get out of BCE at $39 or so.
