Ottawa Sun Scramble

So how many here have played the Sun Scramble.. and who is playing this year? My roomate and I have decided to jump into the Open division and give it a whirl. Looks like a lot of fun. I love playing scramble format. I will be playing with Assistant Pro from the Meadows James Sperinck. He recently won the Spring Open CPGA event at Carleton with a 66. We hope to play well..

Good luck, Lance! Hopefully you can try to take a title that has only belonged to one twosome, McGee and Koski. I have played twice, with Mattchew. We almost won two years ago, finishing 1 shot out of the title, in the B division. It's a well ran tournament. I think you two will have a chance!

Looks like a fun tourney but yes you have to find a partner that compliments your game!

Pizzaman and I are playing in the "B" again this year....third year for us. Always lots of fun.

Anyone going to try the $ 1 million Hole in One contest? Anyone who shows up to the Kick Off event at Falcon Ridge this Thursday gets a ballot for a chance to be one of the shooters. I think they are giving away chances on The Team / Ottawa Sun.

I have played before in the B. Great event, lots of fun and well run. An impending baby due in a week is keeping me out this year.

My neighbour and I qualified at Eagle Creek with a 74. But neither of us can make the actual event this year.
It is a lot of fun.

I'm playing in the A division at Talon, but my partner and I have never played the course before. Can anyone give me some info, or a quick rundown of what I would need to know about any of the holes. Thanks in advance
