    i'm a math guy so this law stuff makes no sense to me... help

    what are they saying here? If my tenant didn't pay her rent on aug 1st like she was supposed to, damaged the place up and its currently sitting vacant.. what are my options? She did not give two months notice, she did not take her stuff when she left.

    I really need to keep cleaning this place up and reno the place so that I can get it ready to show for other potential tenants, what do I do with her stuff? i can't store it, I'm not a storage service!!!

    I want to go into the house right now, I want to move all her stuff, I want to go after her for the repair costs... thanks guys
