My new club rack
As those who know me can attest, I just can't pick an iron set. I've always wanted a club stand where I could display my iron sets that weren't currently in play. It would also make it easy to swap the set into my bag with a set from the rack.
We used the stands released to dealers to display the Apex Plus models as a guide. Rather than cherry wood, this one is made out of pine, stained mahogany. We used the black plastic club tubes available at Walmart. From behind with the back off, it looks like an organ, with all the black plastic tubes inside.
Here's some pix: The first is a full shot, then a close up of just the top of the rack; the third is a close up that shows how the tubes are inset into the rack; and the final shot shows how the stand sits right beside the computer in my basement, where I am writing this.
I don't have a digital camera and had to scan these from prints so you really can't see the detail of the finish and trim, but it gives you the general idea.
For the club ho's the clubs in the rack are my beloved '72 Hogan Apex Classics in the back row and a Hogan Radial 5 wood; Wilson Progressives in the middle row; and Cleveland TA-1 GunMetals in the front row.

I found that sometimes when you go to upload pictures
it has a mind of its own..
Sometimes i think depending on the size the picture is included in oyour post
or other times you can copy and paste the web link thats created and then users can
click on the link and the picture comes up as a seperate web page..

Thanks, I tried your suggestion and it appears to work. You should be able to view the pictures now.
