    I'm Back!

YAY! I got my 'cap factor back down to 12.7!

Shot 81 today but started thinking of 79 on the 17th tee. I needed par, bogey, which was very do-able - so of course I finished bogey - double.

Self serving thread without anything truly special to report I know, but I am HAPPY!

Life dinnae come wit gimmies so yuv got nae chance o' gitt'n any from me.

Since this is the trash talk forum......................

Does that mean you'll be moving back from the ladies tees now.
Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

Nice round of golf and it just shows that you don't have to be an animal off of the tee box to score well at golf.........But it is fun to crush it

    I'll never know.
It was an experiment today. I have been playing the Pinnacle Exception ball for a few years because it's so soft. Chipping is the best part of my game and I like a soft touch. Anyway I wanted to see if I could find something else that may give me some more yards off the tee. Lo and behold the Calaway CB1 seems to add 20-30 yards. It will take some getting used to around the greens, but I just ordered some and put my remaining stock of Pinnacles in the classifieds. Was that impulsive?

    Indio never entered my mind

This isnt supposed to be about my bad putting today, it's about Dan's 81 .......

Now HE played well. And the big "turkey" dance was very funny indeed (and we saw it 2 times)

    LOL

I heard my 1 hybrid yelling out at me "put me in coach" after 5 three putts in a row.

So I did. And 2 putted the next four holes with it.
It was great, walking off one hole with the hybrid in your hand and going right to the tee box with it to hit the next shot (driver not needed) ........ it was like it was double shifting it!!!

Blue. Yes you can get them from Knet for $12 per dozen mint. The newer balls are not as easy to get on the recycled market. I have been playing balls bought from KNet for years. I can't imagine wasting money on brand new balls when you can get one hit wonders for half price or better.
