Cloverdale Green Conditions?

Hello,

I tried calling the pro-shop but the girl didn't know what I was asking. Has anyone played Cloverdale recently (past couple of days).

I'm wondering if the greens have been recently aerated.

Not as of last Sunday

They have already been done and have recovered nicely.

we played it friday after work.. greens were slow as hell, but smooth, and in good condition. Had trouble distinguishing the rough from the fairway, really shagged out, but also nice. I guess the rains been keeping the grass long.

agreed, they do a great job of making the greens look excellent, but the trade off is that they leave the grass on the greens either too long, or they don't roll them. dunno, i'm not a greenskeeper and don't know what is involved in making them faster, but definitely one of the slowest greens in town out of any "decent" course

very frustrating actually!! wish they would make them faster, they definitely would get more business from me if they did

played sunday morning the greens were fine $21 to walk with a 2for 1 coupon greens were faster then emarld links no where near morisburg or upper canada speed but otherwise course was in good shape
