    Dave Carroll is a Halifax musician who had his Taylor guitar broken while flying with United Airlines. For nearly a year they jerked him around before refusing his claim. He told their last representative that he would write three songs and corresponding videos about his experience with United. They should have taken him seriously. Over one and a quarter million people have watched the video, United Breaks Guitars, on YouTube. The airline must be ruing the day they messed with this Canadian artist.

    Now has well over 3.5 million views. And according to the BBC, United's shares have dropped 10 percent since its release.
