UFC100 - Is anyone else pumped?

Personally I am very excited. The card has plenty of greay fight, with the GSP fight being the main attraction for me.

I think frank Mir will lose to Lesnar
GSP will submit Alves and bisping will beat Henderson.

Your thoughts?

Alves is a big boy. I am not sure GSP will have enough power to bully him and ground and pound him.
A submission is likely, espcially because Alves likes to throw the leg kicks and knees almost wrecklessly!

Bisping is a helluva lot of fun to watch, win or lose.

I'm not really interested so much in the heavyweights. It usually turns into a bludgeoning contest, with very little technical skill involved. I would be more interested if the winner of this bout can work out a fight with Fedor Emelianenko.

I'm pulling for GSP, but I think it's going to be a lot closer than some people think. IMO, Alves is one of the best strikers in the world. GSP will have to be extremely careful when moving in for a takedown. Really heavy hands. If he can get past Thaigo's fists he should be able to win on the ground, possibly by submission. GSP has made himself into a world class grappler.

Bisping over Henderson...I think everyone is underestimating him, though Henderson is going to be a tough match.

GSP over Alves in a total war. It will go 4 or 5 rounds, and Alves will gas...too much of a weight cut and he's never gone five. GSP by tko via superman punch.

Frank Mir over Lesnar with a submission. Lesnar will get him to the ground, and Mir will quickly expose the fact that Lesnar is nothing more than a gorilla.

GSP by TKO probably in the later rounds , i too think Alves will gas , but he'll win a round .
I'd love to see Bisping beat Hendo , but i think a looping right is gonna send Mike to la la land.
Lesnar v Mir , i think Brock will knock Mir out.
Can't wait , its my wedding anniversary too , what a way to celebrate !

Great fights , Looks like Lesnar is legit .
Pretty classless comments from him and most surprisingly from Dan henderson , but you can't argue about their victories.

very happy about GSP, I could tell you right from the start that GSP would dominate. Alves just looked like a pitbull without a head on his shoulders, while GSP had a gameplan and stuck to it using his head. GSP just steps up to any challenge they put in front of him, whether its a bad matchup or a horrible matchup. I don't see him facing Silva anytime soon, he didn't seem to open to the idea in the interview, however I'm sure Dana White will have something to say about it.

As far as Henderson, I lost any respect I had for him. The fact that he admitted in the post-fight interview that he knew Bisbane was out cold, but still hammered a complete cheap shot to 'Shut him up' is completely classless to me. I would have understood if he said he wasn't sure if Bisbane was out or not, but he completely acknowledged that Bisbane was out, but he still wanted to break his jaw... NO CLASS!

With or without the interviews after the fights. That was one of the best cards ever and the fighters didnt let anyone down.

Henderson made me happy with what he did personaly. Classless act maybe? but done to a completly classless guy. Lesner if anything made me laugh after the fight. Very entertaining and leaves alot to talk about toaday. Couldnt ask for anything more really.
