Grip is 9 out 10 easy (i have only hit the club like 15 times) head cover comes with it but needs new magnet (i think) still fits and covers it. Shaft is fujikura stiff (i have to check, club is currently located at my moms house) but I know its the upgraded shaft. Do you have msn if so you can always add me at blennox@hotmail.com
