bored
ok, so I am extremely happy with every club in my bag right now.
I also have all the golf clothing I need, hats, rain suit, rangefinder, balls, new bag, etc. etc. etc.
I have no time for lessons, practice sessions or a road trip, the latter which I would love but it ain't happening. I love playing anytime I get to these days and with #2 on the way in August, my golf time will be cut short immensely.
what am i missing? I love feeding the addiction but really don't need anything and with other priorities I need something to feed this.I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

It would seem that you do not have a "backup bag". Or a backup to the backup bag. Or a backup-bag-in-progress to the backup-to-the-backup-bag. There are several people (*cough*The Saint*cough*1972Apex*cough*) who can tell how vitally important these things are to feeding the addiction.

ya, I would love to take a trip down to Smugglers and play 36 but I'd have to send hte wife out of town or something. I've got lots of other things to spend $ on, its just part of golf for me was trying new equipment and now that I have perfected the bag (for now anyways) I have nothing to feed the addiction.
Now I would love to get my hands on an R9 but not until the price comes down a lot.
no worries, with #2 on the way that means lots of diapers to buyI got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

well, I am no longer bored. Just picked up an R9 Driver and 3 wood, with a R9 TP 3 wood on the way. I am now entering a 12 step program for golfaholics anonymous.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

In the same boat.. in that I'm happy with my bag and equipment... not my game so much, but it is coming along. So I've been thinking a nice old school hickory shafted set could be fun to play once and awhile. Might be an entirely new way to feed the addiction.

jeffc, either you are taking the game too seriously, or not seriously enough.
You only get out of something what you put into it
