Lie angle
I was wondering if lengthening a shaft by a quarter inch would effect the lie angle of the club.
e.g. a 5 iron is 37.75" with a lie angle of 62 degrees, if this club was lengthened to 38" would the lie angle change?
Can any of the clubmakers answer?
Thanks!

Very slightly. The longer the club the flatter the lie angle to fit the same golfer. this explains why most driver angles are between 55* and wedges 65*.Best if you do a dynamic lie fitting after the clubs have been lengthened.
