This simulator was custom built to be mobile and can be set up by one person in 3 hours and taken down in 2 hours.(less time for two or more people) It can be used as a permanent simulator with the option of being able to be taken down. This is a fully operational golf simulator and currently used as a rental unit for corporate events and parties running contests for large crowds. The simulator comes complete with everything listed below. May be used as a turn key business or in addition to current business.

Hey Marc,
The unit is 4 years old but was used very little, it was not used daily as I rent it out to events. It probably has about 30 hours total time. It is using the latest software (ls3) so it is very up to date.
