Greens are pretty damn good. ( a few on the west are recovering from being punched last fall) Fairways are great for this time of year. (not emerald green though) 30 bucks if you have the red book and a foursome and the place is dry. NOTE: East is still closed and there is a little bit of dampness (no puddles) on the usual suspects (S6 and W7). Otherwise is dryer than flour. This was last Wednesday and Im playing there tommorow also.

I played EM (south and west) on April 18th and I agree, the greens were in amazing condition for this time of year.
