    If this is the one I am thinking of, it is called the PGA and has hard plastic wheels. Got one for MIL and it it now bad.

    I've got the same one and heading into the 3rd season , still trucking along nicely , although it will be upgraded soon.

    Its like a soft plastic/rubber compound , it runs pretty smooth .
