Shaft Install - Closed Face

Is it possible to install a shaft so that the club face would seem closed? I have a 904f 5 wood that I had the shaft changed on a few years ago. It used to be my go to club but I made a bunch of swing changes which has given me a slight draw and now this thing is a hook machine! When I set it down it looks really closed compared to my 904f 3 wood, both have the same shaft.

If you use the grip as an alignment aid and it was put on rotated clockwise from center this would cause the face to be closed when you hold the club normally.

The only way the shaft could cause this is if it were a .335 tip in .350 hosel and it wasn't installed straight.

The shaft is .335 but I'm not sure on the hosel, but the weird part for me is that when i let the club sit on the ground it's not square, do the same thing with the 3 wood and it's dead square. I have to rotate the grip in my hand to open the face but it will fall closed if i let it go. Just wonder if there is a chance that the shaft might have been installed wrong some how that would cause this.
