Brand new reclining suede leather sofa

I am selling a brand new microfiber suede leather couch. Not sure how to describe it lol but it looks like leather but feels super soft. It's is a dark brown color.

I got the 3 piece sectional, but it is too big for my living room so I am selling one of the couches. Note that this sale is only for the one couch and not for the other two pieces.

The couch is extremely comfortable and soft, and the reclining feature makes it even better for watching tv and relaxing. The reclining button on both sides is a subtle little handle, as opposed to the big ones usually on recliners.

This set is currently selling at Leon's for over $3000, so I imagine the sofa itself is about $1200.

Asking only $580 for the reclining sofa. That's over half price off for a brand new reclining couch. Must be seen as the pictures don't really do justice to how nice it is!

Please come and pick this up ASAP, as it pains me to look at it every day and not be able to use it! Price is more than fair and firm, so please don't lowball. Trust me this couch is really worth it!

You will need a truck, but the backs come off so that makes it a little easier to load. Will trade for a 42 inch or up plasma TV (plus cash if needed).

What is the actual length of this sofa? Need to know if it will fit in my basement.

Not too sure lol it's regular length I guess. Looks like a normal sized couch. Do you need the exact measurement in inches?
