Wondering who is playing these and what the diffrence would be between them and DGS300, also what flex is compareable 5.5?

Just looking for some thoughts on these!

I've been considering these for some time but they are just too pricey. I've heard the KBS described as like PX but less harsh and maybe a little softer.

5.5 is generally considered to be the same as S300.

Are they a much higher flight?

I don't remember any specific comments about the ball flight.

I found the flight to be a fair bit higher than S300's. I've been playing them for over a year and love them. It's hard to compare stiffness, but I think people say they play softer just because they don't feel as jvincent said, as harsh as PX's. Worth the extra few bucks in my opinion.

Higher flight, reduced side spin and they feel great. I find them less "noodle-like" than Nippons and Rifles. More like a DG shaft.
