    Scotland v Canada

One of your boys "funk like" is coming over to Scotland at the start of April to play at St Andrews. I am hoping to meet up with him for a round of golf on the old course, but we do have a round booked for Carnoustie. It wasn't until i was booking for Carnoustie that i thought what a great holiday someone could have over here just playing The Open championship courses, Turnberry, Royal Troon, Muirfield, Carnoustie and last but not least the Old Course, they are all within a 30 to 90min's drive from Edinburgh

I'm pretty sure I have seen that kind of trip advertised by at least one of the golf travel outfits. It would definitely be nice to do, albeit not cheap.
Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

For the golf alone, the old course this time of the year £91, Carnoustie is £130 all year round and Turnberry is about £160

Don't forget Prestwick where it all started. The FIRST Open Championship in Golf back in 1860. Again not cheap but a delightful course that just oozes history

John---I wonder if you and "funklike" could convince those courses to team up with Reservation Masters? I have played a couple ----and they are worthy
    Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?
