embroidery on golf bag?

Any place in town that will do one-off embroidery? I want to get something done on my big as$ staff bag.

Used to be a guy at the Stittsville flea market, not aware of any others.

I asked about this at GT as I was going to get my groomsmen a new golf bag with their named stitched into them, but the guys at GT said they cannot do it unless the pocket (or wherever) can come off the bag itself. Naturally, they couldn't think of anywhere else that this could be done

They told me that the pro bags are done prior to assembly.

Long story short, I'm of no help to you.

Great idea for a groomsmen gift!

The front panel of my bag does zipper off. I just need to find somewhere to take it.

check the yellow pages. I'd look for a company that does embriodery on hats, etc.

I just Googled 'Embroidery Sports Ottawa Ontario' and there was a big list of places in the Ottawa area.

There's a place on Carling Ave. in Kanata, the little plaza right next to Local Heros that does embroidery. He's been at a number of golf tournaments advertising his product. I've played golf with him in the past and seems to do pretty good work.
