Any Clubmakers in Orleans area

I'm looking for someone in the Orleans area that can put together a club for me. I have a 2008 Taylormade Tour Burner TP head, and a brand new, uncut GD Pershing stiff shaft that I would like installed. I'm looking for the shaft to be tipped perhaps 1/2 an inch to play S/X ish... I don't have a grip or Ferrule, but can pick them up if need be. I'm also looking to find out the actual loft and face angle if at all possible.
