I'm sure he will at some point. It's funny how one comment or thought would create this much attention in this forum. Must because we cant play golf yet. The one thing we ALL have in common. :cryin
I know everyone does not have the same sence of humour, but come on guys, this is the nature of posting a comment without seing the facial expressions, hand gestures and tongue in cheek attitude. I'm pretty sure Mr Upanddown was mearly poking fun you and should not stop using this forum because of this. It's not the first time and wont be the last time this happens.I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

Back to the original topic...
Can Gatineau even afford to lose any more land? The last time they lost land, their course turned into an executive course. Hopefully they retain more land than they lose to bring the course back up to par.

Yeah, that's where they would do it. Although they could easily add a par 3 next to #10 by the road (old #1) and beside the old #17 next to Loblaws if they were in a pinch. OTOH, it would be nice if they put actual GRASS in the fairways - then it would play like a REAL golf course!

There's some potential in that course, but they should at least hire someone to mow the lawn periodically, and maybe at different lengths. (J/K)
