Wow
Anybody see the leaderboard yet? Davis Love is 6 over after 7 holes. 4 bogies a double and 2 pars. :shake Good thing is I think we all picked him in the fantasy pool.I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

Nice to see Tiger having a lousy day. Declining to speak to ESPN was typical. At least DL3 was humble and forthright about having a blow-up day...
Nasty looking conditions though.

After last week and this, I'll think twice before picking Tiger in the FGL again soon.
I am glad he's human. He's in a funk like never before. We'll see what the rest of the season brings, but it may not be "Tiger TV" this year if this keeps up.

03-25-2004 03:27 PM #10It might be time for him to set up an appointment with his old coach, Butch Harmon.
Must be some truth to that seeing as his practice time is not being spent to the fullest, and the decline in his game.
Or maybe because he's now engaged and has less energy??
Either way ......... less Tiger TV is a good thing.I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

Then again, he's made his millions, so why not spend more time swinging a different club around the short grass?

It still feels nice to finally have 4 of my picks in the top ten after round 1.

Love is nursing a sore back, hopefully he can finish his round tomorrow, although I didn't pick him this week in the FGL. There are a few others with some high numbers Retief might also miss two cuts in a row. Hopefully Weir can put a better round together tomorrow.
Go Scott, Verplank, Kelly and Clarke.
