Hot Melt Success!
It worked! 4g of hot melt glue-gun glue in a 260cc titanium driver head. I heated the sole with the face up at a 45* angle so no glue would touch the face, moved the heat gun around every 8-10 min, and the glue was totally melted. Then I let it cool in a slightly toe up position, face still up. Took it to a simulator yesterday and it felt great!! Good distance, no rattle and very solid feel.
Now I put 18g in my Tour Edge Bazooka 320J (1hr 10min total heating time) and am waiting for a shaft to try it out. I might put my AJ Tech back in if no one wants it. Will have to wait and see.
So far, overall, a very good experiment.
