Bryan,I,m assuming those are real pics of you at St-Andrews or is it trick photos?Anyways when did you go and how long were you there for?Did you get to play the course?I have had a desire to go to Scotland ever since I was a young boy but I dont fly.Very nice indeed.

Yes Marcos ---we were there--from the 2nd August to the 20th and yes we played the links in St Andrews. Not the Old Course---you have to book a year in advance and hope your name comes up in the lottery. We played Strathtyme---it is one of the courses that are part of the Links complex---runs parrallel to the old couse. Same pot bunkers; same fairway; same dunes; same undulating greens with 5-6 ft elevations and the same wind coming off the North Sea. This course is shorter than the "Old"----but what the hell--we played in St Andrews. If we ever hook up at Buckingham---remind me to bring the pics. Take a box of Gravel and go----guarenteed you won't be disappointed---Diane is already planning to go back---she's French Canadian and I'm the Scot----go figure

Awesome,I dont know what it is that draws me there,the links,the rolling hills,men in kiltsLOL,but deep down inside if there is one place I would travel to it is indeed Scotland.I am glad you and Diane are travelling and enjoying yourselves.Anytime you want to play The Royal and Ancient Buckingham,send me an e-mail and we can get together.
