TGOR Nation In Mourning
I'm not sure if there are others here who listen to TGOR on their morning commute - the Sun is reporting Buzz passed away this morning. Pretty sad, he was always good for comic relief.

What a bummer. I used to always listen to "Buzz on junior hockey" and talked to him often at the 67's games. Way toooooo young to leave us.

wow, that is quite a shock. they were talking this morning about how he had been off for 2 weeks with some health issues but never mentioned it was that serious. he was in his 30's still as far as i know.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

I listen every morning while I drive into work during the hockey season. I can't believe there's no info or tribute or anything on the team1200 website. They've just taken his name off of everything like he didn't exist.
He'll be missed. RIP BuzzScott - Golf...Fail.

So, did anyone listen to TGOR this morning? It was a sad show.
RIP Buzz.

Ya I was listening. I got choked up from a few of the stories that were told. TGOR wont be the same without Buzz. As a Leafs fan I'll probably miss him the most

I heard about it on the radio on my way to work this morning. Horrible. Being just a few months older than Buzz myself, it certainly hits home.
At times like this I'm always reminded of the quote, "The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long."
Rest in peace Buzz. When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
