KZG Blades
Just wondering if anyone had them ? What are your impressions of them - are they very forgiving ? I'm considering them for next yr .... Thanks.

i had 731pm blades
not worth the time and energy to hit
they look sweet but unless your playing everyday dont bother
get a muscle back if you like the minimal offset

Not so much
Well forgiving is not the blades strong point, it is a players type club to work the ball. I have the KZG CBII M which are larger than a standard blade and they are more forgiving but still require good solid contact to work best. They are a great feeling club though and when you do hit it sweet it is as smooth as whipped butter.

Using the evolutions and can work them no problem.

what I'm looking for is a classic looking iron. Thin topline with minimal offset ........ being left-handed I'm limited in the components I can use. KZG is the exception ...... considering its an American company that offers several left-handed irons (that meet my criteria) I'm a 6-8 handicap so I'm not looking at "game improvement" irons. Any suggestions ??? Thanks guys ......

As far as blades go, the KZGs are quite forgiving. In general they are more forgiving on toe and heel shots than traditional blades. Thin shots will however lose at least 10 yards of distance and may rattle loose fillings
The opinions expressed in this post are mine and may not necessarily reflect the opinions of others on OG.

As a lefty you are going to be limited.
There was a rumour that one of the Wishon blades was going to be available in LH next year but in the short term I think KZG is your best bet. Other that the Snake Eyes 600XC is available in LH and there may be a Maltby head as well but I'm not sure. Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

component wise, i liked the snake eyes 600xc? something along those lines

hey DLB,
I have a set of LH KZG forged blades and i absolutely love them. They are more forgiving then the normal blades as i have found, they give you a lot of workability with the ball for shot shaping ect. The best part about them is once you get used to them and start hitting them correctly the feeling is like no other club, when you hit it perfectly you barely even feel any contact at all..
Great clubs!

I've been using these for over 2 years now. They may get a reshaft next year.

The wedges will be replaced later this year with these. http://www.kzgolf.com/sites/courses/...588&page=31403
Like someone else said when your swinging well you hardly know the ball got in the way.
