Whereas, the PROFESSIONAL CLUBMAKERS SOCIETY has unsecured debts in excess of $200,000, and
Whereas, the Board of directors has been unable to generate sufficient commitment from the current membership to finance continued operations and reduce current debt, therefore
Be it Resolved, that on this date the Board of Directors voted unanimously to terminate all society operations effective immediately, and seek to dissolve the PROFESSIONAL CLUBMAKERS SOCIETY at the earliest practicable time through a process of bankruptcy or other process as may be legally proper and expedient. Saw that on GEA.
Mike Tait (of SMT) is apparently going to try and buy them out and resurrect it. Apparently he had made an offer before which was turned down.Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

I have the facility backing for education, teaching, golf, trade shows, restaurants, rooms, indoor and outdoor......
www.swanlakeresort.com as of yet, there has been no interest in taking me up on my offer, but I have talked with Lou Ullrich and he is now aware of my desires.
We will see. It is sad that the PCS is gone, but perhaps it is for a good reason.... running by committee was a nightmare, my proposal is to run it like a money making business.
