Recommend rule book please
Ok, with all of the discussions and questions lately on rules. I was wondering if there were a simple rules book you would recommend. The more complicated rulings I would ask here . I was recently told I was taking a two shot penalty when it should have only been one. I am sure that it would usually balance out pretty well in the end though.

There's only one rule book that I know of. USGA and RCGA have it online if you want it that way, otherwise get a paper copy. They run about $8-9. No Coles notes that I am aware of ;-)

at 28 pages including, pace of play, etiquette etc etc I wonder how many rules they cover? Have you seen it Lobwedge? Although at $1.50 it won't break the bank
Just found this

I think this is out of that version. Maybe I need something a little more substantial. I guess I will have to buy the full one.

there is a colour flip chart book out there. looks pretty decent. references almost all the usual aspects of rules and has diagrams and such to explain them

No. Reseller is the description given to the retail outlets by the publishers.
But if you want secondhand try ebay
