    Montpellier Golf Course Reviews

    Anyone ever played here? Thinking of going up to a cottage and wondering if it's worth it to bring my sticks. Their website leaves something to be imagined to say the least. Price looks right but is that a good thing??? Any opinions would be great.

    Played it on Sunday

    It was my first time playing there and I liked it. I wouldn't say their greens were 100% and were patchy in places it was in good condition and very scenic. Definitely a mountain course and they do not let you walk before 2:00pm. Good value for $52 with cart.

    I would recommend taking the sticks.

    If you are talking Montpellier Quebec(going up through Thurso) It is a small mountain course with a some tight holes.Lots of trees and hills.If you hit it straight you will do fine,if you are a big hitter you will prob. be dissapointed.All in all its a nice layout and good bang for your buck and best of all its near your cottage.
    Bring your english-french dictionary LOL.Hope you are a Habs fan as the owner is Stephane Richer from the Montreal Canadians and there are pics of him all over.

    It is probably one of the nicest courses I play---this is the first year I have seen a little problem with the greens----probably because of the amount of snow cover. Yep take your clubs--a couple of extra balls . I can almost garantee--play it once and you will play it twice. Have fun
    Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?
