    Rib Fest

    Does anyone know when the annual Chicken and Rib Fest rolls into town? It usually sets up on Sparks St around mid-late June but I have not heard anything yet this year.

    That's like Rib Fest on steroids...Famous Dave's is unbelievable. Count on an angioplasty a couple of days later, though

    someone posted their method of preparing ribs and I got a BBQ this year so I would like to give it a try. Anyone remember who it was???
